Crisis Lines - Suicide Prevention

Oregon Partnership's Alcohol and Drug HelpLine is a free, confidential referral service that provides information about substance abuse and refers clients to professional treatment providers.  In 2007, our crisis lines responded to over 20,000 calls from individuals and family members seeking help.

Free And Confidential Services
Referrals are tailored to the caller based on the services they need, where they live, and what they can afford to pay. By providing compassionate, problem-solving assistance to each caller we maximize the potential of success for someone who wants to get help. One call can make the difference.

Family, friends, people seeking treatment, and professionals seeking resources for their clients typically use the HelpLine. Referrals include:

  • Alcohol & Drug Treatment
  • Private Counselors
  • Twelve Step Programs
  • Interventions
  • Domestic Violence
  • Shelters
  • General Information

We're Here To Help
HelpLine volunteers work with experts in the field to receive comprehensive training and ongoing education in substance abuse and crisis counseling.

Each month Oregon Partnership responds to hundreds of callers who are considering suicide or are suicidal at the time of their call.
