Services

Education is the key to preventing substance abuse.  Oregon Partnership teaches strategies to parents, youth and community leaders to reduce substance abuse.  Extensive prevention education resources are made available so that Oregonians have the tools to be part of the solution. 

Our core services, outlined in the following pages, include Information and Referral Services, Youth Services, Training and Education programs, Parenting for Prevention, the Oregon Leadership to Reduce Underage Drinking, our Resource Library, Spanish Speaking services and Community Action to Reduce Substance Abuse (CARSA).
